Because we sell perishable food products, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

When Refunds Are Available

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your food arrives damaged

  • Your food arrives spoiled

  • Your order is incorrect

  • Packaging is broken or leaking on arrival

Refund Conditions

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide a photo of the issue

  • Email us at info@baselinemeals.com

If approved, we will offer:

  • A full refund

  • Or a replacement meal

  • Or store credit

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided if:

  • You change your mind after delivery

  • Food was not stored correctly after arrival

  • You fail to be available for delivery

  • Incorrect delivery details were provided

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund.

  • Late cancellations may not be refunded due to food preparation costs.
