Packaging is broken or leaking on arrival

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide a photo of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

A full refund

Or a replacement meal

Or store credit

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided if:

You change your mind after delivery

Food was not stored correctly after arrival

You fail to be available for delivery

Incorrect delivery details were provided

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund.

Late cancellations may not be refunded due to food preparation costs.
