  • Delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive chilled food deliveries.

  • Our meals are prepared in a professional kitchen following UK food hygiene regulations.

  • Meals must be stored in a refrigerator upon delivery.

BASELINE is not liable for:

  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect address details

  • Food stored incorrectly after delivery

  • Delays caused by external delivery partners
